ShueiNanDong is a area divided and forgotten. The connection between residential houses and the coast was cut by the coastal highway. Although there is a huge industrial ruin. It was forgotten by passengers due to inconvenient transportation and insufficient commercial development. Through "link" as the core concept, stitching off the severed parts. Let the scenery of the border between mountains and sea can actually link the living path of local residents and the pace of tourists and anglers. This mixed-use building combines cooking area, lounge, restaurant, exhibitions and viewing platforms.
