The site is located at Yangpu District, Shanghai. There are subway station and ferry around the site, and there will be a lot of traffic during rush hours. The key point to this design is to combine the existing building which symbolizing "industrial Yangpu", and transform it to the trend of "knowledge Yangpu". We put a brand new mass upon the old red brick warehouse. The building will accommodate a diversity of functions: entertainment, retail, office, exhibition, restaurant, etc. Moreover, we should utilize the knowledge and technology talents in Yangpu and link the nearby R&D area.
