Activated Carbon Technology

Activated carbon (charcoal) is used within our product line to absorb excess low, middle, and high-frequency energy. Activated carbon provides high rates and low levels of absorption is a properly designed product line to deal with each frequency band in small room acoustic treatment. Placing activated carbon inside of our diaphragmatic absorber product lines increases the rate of absorption up to 800 % over standard material types that have been used for over 40 years. With this carbon technology, we no longer need to rely on building insulation that suffers from low-performance parameters.
