The new Library and Archive for Lambeth Palace houses the Collection of the Church of England, second only to the Vatican in terms of significance of religious media. This innovative and sustainable design set within the Grade 1 Listed Palace site will protect the Collection for generations to come. Rising to a tower of 9 storeys this brick volume houses over 20km of storage space, with a reading room and conservation studio overlooking a new ecology pond. A Breeam Excellent and Secure By Design Gold Standard project for sustainability and secruity.
