Hotel Labaris, a mountain resort in Thailand's Khao Yai National Park, crossbreeds the original labyrinth from Greek mythology (a maze with one entry, one exit) with local Thai tropical mountain context...to create a new Thai resort "bastard" with 48 unique entry doors, ushering guests through 48 different labyrinthian garden paths, and ultimately to 62 unique guest rooms. Each winding path isn't just a hotel corridor, but figurative gardens for each of the 48 guest rooms. Each room is thus a habitable maze that allows guests to truly experience the Thai mountain context.
