75 Kenmare is an 83,000 SF 7 story building with 38 apartments. It’s massing and concrete façade speak to the neighborhood. Imaginative detailing gives concrete, the humblest of materials, a timeless, robust presence. Simple linear channels, referencing contextual architectural details, modulate the play of sunlight across its surfaces. Multi-story bronze window frames set into the skin respond to the site’s proportions and architectural language, giving the building and its 2nd floor garden an inviting human scale. 75 Kenmare creates architecture that is deeply rooted in a sense of place.
