Gurriny Yealamucka Health and Wellbeing Centre is a new facility for primary health and community outreach services on Gunggandji Country in the First Nations community of Yarrabah, Australia. The project demonstrates innovation in social sustainability and intercultural design practice. It has been co-designed with community and client to respect Country and culture, is excellently designed for the climate, use and location, and is a non-institutional place that enables Indigenous models of health care.
