The restructuring of 175 Haussmann is part of PCA-STREAM "urban metabolism" vision: reinterpreting Parisian architecture to build the city upon itself. Legibility and coherence were key in connecting the two buildings and creating an office complex that addresses the challenges faced by tomorrow’s workspaces. The project is designed to foster a reconnection to nature thanks to low-energy design, exemplary water management and an innovative productive landscape that sustains biodiversity. The photovoltaic glass roof gives its identity to 175 Haussmann, a contemporary twist to Parisian heritage.
