The project of adaptation, redevelopment and restoration of the cultural heritage site of the office for the international law firm. The mansion of princes Gagarin-Kuvshinnikov-Popova was dated in the late 18th century. In Soviet times, the city estate was nationalized and served as a school. The mansion was in a very bad state before the start of work, and the challenge was to restore the historic oak floors, fill the openings with historic oak doors, and restore plaster moldings. The aim of the project has been to join the historical part and the contemporary interior and technologies.
