OWR is a recycling plan for the rebuilding of offshore oil wells to carry out coral ecological restoration, and the ecological module is equipped to facilitate the original coral ecological conservation, thereby restoring the ex-situ ecology. OWR also converts the offshore oil well into a museum that combines tourism and ecological restoration. Visitors and scholars can learn about the ecological restoration process and conduct researches here, and take the submarine elevator and diving activities to observe the restoration status closely.
