A fast-growing new city like Austin, TX is attractive for the technology and start-up industry; residents do not consume but reside in the city. This project aims to explore the future ordering system at Austin's downtown of an experimental residential space to simulate deeply on materiality, privacy, and borders by 3D digital tools. By researching the relationship between social distance and human scale, I designed a single unit prototype, clarified the different borders in 3 categories, and used this logic to develop the circulation and the whole system.
