Verticalization of life functions, and settle down in this facility. Therefore, in the various danger zone on the mountains. The design is rescue equipment for the people who have an accident. And increase the chance of independent survival. When it rains, water can be stored through three mechanical structures that open outward to form a water collection system. And when turned on, solar panels can also collect energy for refugees use. Also there have three vertical mini-gardens outside. When flooding, it can provide temporary refuge for people to await rescue.
