The high infection rate of COVID-19 causes panic in society, and people are worried about the risk of cluster infection when they are in the hospital. It lowers people’s hospital visit willingness and causes huge mental pressure on medical and nursing personnel. When people need to go to the hospital, social distancing shall still be maintained and the patient’s exposure history shall be inquired before seeing a doctor. It generates a medical service of virtual medicine. The safety of seeing our doctors in the hospital can be affected through service design.
