Our firm designed this 120,000 RSF media and technology project based in Sunrise, Florida that involved the construction of a new building and a satellite uplink facility, and the renovation of an existing office and technical building on a four-acre site. The renovation embraces the architectural features of the new building, bringing elements from the new to the existing and linking the two via a covered, elevated walkway and a bridge. The connecting structure contains wireways for the required technical connectivity between the two facilities as well as a safe path for personnel.
