The property is located in an enclave between a landscape before the 20th century and a current one. The implementation strategy is enforced with two concepts: harmonization with the use of stone of the area, Mediterranean vegetation, wood, and water elements; monumentalization creating a monolithic concrete structure with some steel elements. Volumetry is implemented by concentrating the greatest volume on lower terraces so that the most exposed terrace has less visual impact. Stone walls go through the house and roofs pretending to be part of the landscape.
