Designing a fashion headquarters challenged a design response to create spaces that can inspire and nurture a company community. We had a strong sense of feeling that this building should express itself from the inside out. We wanted to embrace the creative environment within the ‘heart’ of the building as the spatial movement became the catalyst for the vortex concept. It functions efficiently at many levels and gave us a kind of vortex epicentre to the whole scheme. Floor levels radial outwards and the design is ‘tailored’ and aspires to connect with the way people work within this space.
