Reengineering, placemaking, connecting of the community and valuing the community is our issue. And we choose Zeng Zai Liao, the west port side of Keelung in Taiwan as the site. By field survey, we analyzed and integrated the place factor as the concept of spatial planning. We combined the friendly design to the unused space by point and point. We reserved, transformed and constructed it to connect the relationship of the residents, the visitors and Zeng Zai Liao.
