THE BEAUTY OF SCIENCE is a new HQ for a global brand silicone distributor,SWSI. Due to the height restrictions a lot of windows were placed in buildings with low floor heights to give a sense of openness and bring the vista to the inside, while aluminum louvers were installed to control the amount of insolation and to visually shield it. Balconies were provided on each floor along with windows to allow maximal natural ventilation. The building performance was strengthened using high-performance materials and finishes while making the details simple.
