Zéntral is a housing project designed to integrate in the future to a mixed-use complex with offices and a service commercial center in Guadalajara, Mexico. The housing development broadens to reveal a set of three elongated towers that converge at the center of the property. The buildings are close, but subtly do not touch, planned to organize this tremendously dense project, optimizing the orientations and views without having the towers blocking each other. The facades, composed of pre-cast and cast-in-place concrete, integrate enjoyable terraces with angular geometries.
