Despite its site across from a pastoral golf course in a leafy suburb near central Dallas, the Saint Andrews Home shares has more in common with the glass and steel spires of downtown, with sleek finishes, overscaled interiors and high-tech detailing. Surrounded by 13’ tall sliding glass walls, a central pavilion blurs the distinction between “Front” and “Back” yards by merging interior living spaces with the landscape. An Indiana Limestone spine conjoined with a 93' skylight creates a weighty element about which delicately detailed steel, glass and cypress spaces are ordered.
