Shanghai N.E.O Plaza’s indoor and outdoor retail village is topped by a ring full of entertaining activities, proposing a new lifestyle destination for locals and tourists alike. Situated in a rapidly developing residential suburb whose preserved Song dynasty historic town features as a moderately famous tourist destination, the complex is conceived as an outdoor mall with shopping, entertainment and dining facilities centering around social gathering spaces at the core.
