The project is located nearby the Dongtaihu Lake, surrounded by urban elevated roads. We get the form of a 150 meter-high tower rotating and rising. The tower rises by rotation to obtain the corresponding optimal view of the lake at different heights, and give way to the elevated roads to the greatest extent. The architectural form not only responds to the spatial relationship of city surroundings, but also makes a vivid and eye-catching urban annotation for this important city space.
