Formed through deep analyses and participatory workshops with employees, Bonduelle’s people-centric head office reflects a company’s identity that’s rooted in plant life. Lemay’s interior designers conceived a place that supports a variety of working styles throughout its individual and collaborative spaces and encourages collaboration amongst departments, while promoting active movement throughout the day. A composition of biophilic elements ranging from lighting, furniture, textures, graphics, and greenery add to the warm, inviting atmosphere and promote well-being.
