“Simplicity” is the driving ethos for designers. With this in mind, the living and dining rooms are singularly connected. Clever use of materials and an ingenious layout has created a space that is seemingly separate, yet still integrated, fulfilling the needs of having a flexible living environment. A functional, dynamic, yet static partition has been formed by a suspended concrete staircase, linking the first and second floors. A variety of textured materials has created a stunning black and white visual impact.
