Integrating into an old urban fabric : a textile workshop for Audonians.

The project implements a solution to respectfully integrate a textile workshop into this place steeped in history, while understanding the roughness of its urban fabric. It fits harmoniously into the plot and its irregularities thanks to a continuous dynamic. It is based on a rhythmic system, applicable to infinity, respecting a precise step and a depth that differs according to the surrounding buildings. The size of the sheds for the roof is proportional to their span, which establishes a dialogue and intelligibility within the building, observable from the street.
