This project serves as a community for relocated suburban residents, which includes 400 households from six nearby villages. A massive settlement is divided into multiple housing clusters. This fulfills the modern needs of independent living, ensures frequent interactions between neighbors under shared eaves and offers a sense of collective belonging. Phase 1 of the project was completed in 2021, as villagers moved in, the sense of community has formed spontaneously.
