40TEN CANTON Baltimore, Maryland Located in the industrial Canton neighborhood, the 40Ten Office is the first mass timber building in the City of Baltimore. This 105,000 square-feet of boutique office space is part of The Collective, a larger mixed-use development formed by 28 Walker Development. 40Ten’s timber structure comprises DLT (dowel laminated timber) floor and roof panels on a glulam post and beam structure. The DLT panels utilize an architectural kerf cut profile on the exposed underside surface, which provides a clean shadow reveal on every board.
