The project is located in the center of the ancient town, Jingdezhen, which features a thousand-year porcelain culture and characteristic block texture with kiln as the core. The entrance adds an extended volume to serve as reception, lobby and cafe; the span and elevation modulus of the old workshop are adopted. A glassing box is added on the second floor to achieve functional perfection and keep the old and new volumes in harmony with each other in terms of texture and proportion.
