Hangzhou KAI Innovation Office Complex is situated at the gateway of neighboring Zhejiang University. It was designed as a social melting pot for office conglomerate, serving corporate headquarters, mid-size enterprises, start-ups and co-working space. Interlocking masses open up a central courtyard, allow natural light and cross ventilation for both indoor and outdoor space. A grand stairs penetrate through the courtyard and interconnect programs from L1 to L5, providing multi-dimensional event spaces, while ancillary programs are juxtaposed as boxes, enhancing connectivity for all users.
