The project is located in the Donghu Scenic Area of Wuhan, where new construction is strictly prohibited. We revitalized abandoned industrial buildings, employing modern laminated wood materials and digital design and construction technology. By combining the logic of "explore structure directly" from traditional Chinese architecture, we designed a highly expressive timber single-slope roof system with deeply overhanging eaves. Simultaneously, we preserved the mechanical installations of the old factory within the exhibition hall design, seamlessly integrating them into the exhibition sequence
