Located on the northern Central Axis of the Beijing city center, the original architecture was built in 1985. Our renovation includes the architecture, the interior and the surrounding landscape design. Echoing the serene vibes of the old district, a light design is proposed, adding only an apartment lobby and an elevator hall within the courtyard. A naturally refreshing style extends to the interior design. The pocket garden provides leisure for local and surrounding residents. The streetside landscape has a sense of vacancy, awaiting future shop owners to bring in distinct shop features.
