ClientSTOCK T.C

A new concept in food, STOCK T.C is designed as a holistic, gastronomic experience while restoring and repurposing the historic structure of the 1930s Toronto’s Postal Station. A theatre of food, from raw to refined, exemplified in the open market at grade, 200 seats on the second floor, and an event space and roof terrace on the third floor, this new occupation of the existing structure protects its heritage attributes while reimagining it for new use. Just like the offerings for consumption, installations of wood, metal, glass, and concrete are interpreted in degrees of unrefined to refined.
