The owner is a businessman and also a collector. The designer introduced the Bauhaus-style aesthetic concept, transforming the abandoned old red brick factory into a trendy commercial street called "Beiku Town," encapsulating the essence of modern industrial culture. Preserving urban memories and the texture of the streets and alleys, reshaping the relationship between industrial culture and space, and exhibiting over 300 pianos from the owner's collection are the key aspects. The architectural exterior design draws inspiration from the elements of pianos.
