The story of this little cafe begins in the year 2020 when the owner's daughter decides to save and restore this house from the 30s. The original gate was modified to open the cafe to the city, and its design elements inspire the interior. Costume made ceramic floor link the atmosphere to the brand and the collages tell the story from this house. A pocket park is proposed for the outdoor seating but also to gift the city with a small public space. Café Fortuita is a clear example that restoration helps heal and regenerate the urban fabric in areas that have been affected by gentrification.
