RAMS BEYOND Project has a significant importance for the Maslak district and Istanbul in general. Situated on the last free plot just next to the main artery Buyukdere Avenue, this site has been abandoned for years, looking like rooten tooth in the center of a busy, modern and lively neighbourhood. Surrounded by skyscrappers and mainly office building, this 52-floored mixed-use complex of three blocks connected by one core is aiming to add so much needed residential space to the area. Being in seismic zone, project has the title of the highest and most detailed composite structure of Istanbul.
