The plot has a promontory on the west side with a steep slope to the south and east. The composition of this project aims to resolve the programme needs of the developer and to provide a solution to the different singularities of each project such as orientation, the implantation of the building on the plot, the views or to situate the buildings adapting to the unevenness of the plot. The complex is made up of 28 dwellings, spread over three buildings. The buildings are placed adapting to the topography so that they interfere with each other as little as possible to maximise the views.
