This project serves as both the operational core of the Lingfeng Intelligence Valley Industrial Park and a communal hub for neighboring areas. A central green courtyard divides the building into two distinct realms: the eastern portion accommodates offices and exhibitions, and the western section features public amenities. This central courtyard operates as the organic core connecting diverse functional modules on both sides. The undulating roof design complements the natural surroundings, with a section converted into an outdoor theater, extending the activity space onto the roof.
