Family house in Kozarceva Street is functionally and design-wise conditioned by the slope of the terrain and close vicinity of the neighboring houses. Perforating the volume of the house made possible various grades of space intimacy, which resulted in the plasticity and geometricallity of the building in contrast to the variety of shapes in the surrounding houses. The base of the house is in dark, ventilated facade and its wider than the house as it serves as a sustaining wall.
