I was staying at the luxurious historic The Capitol Hotel where there are intriguing Grecian/Romanesque columns and large stained glass sun windows. However, walking out on a balcony to see the city street I did what every photographer should do and that is to not forget to turn around. There was the glass and steel contemporary building of a neighboring hotel that was juxtaposition of the sensual curves and muted walls of The Capitol. This reflection on itself and the Simmons Building was no less enrapturing and capture-worthy.
