Architectural Firm:Next Office Architect:Alireza Taghaboni In this project, a cuboid is deformed due to internal events and site conditions. "Stretching outward" and exiting orthogonal logic impact the ceiling, main façade, and section. This enhances spatial quality but primarily aims to maximize the view over the perimeter wall and neighboring structures. Cutting techniques and varied heights on the eastern façade ensure privacy and give the design a sculptural quality, integrating the ridge into the building's form language.
