Conceptualised to be a vertical green city, CapitaSpring is built in collaboration with Bjarke Ingels Group and Carlo Ratti Associati to be one of the greenest buildings in Raffles Place. With a seamless transition between garden and city – metropolis and green oasis – the architecture and landscape needed to exist as ‘one,’ from the linear public tree lined park on street level and the publicly-accessible vertical park at the middle of the tower, to the roof-garden at the top of the tower.
