Designed by LMN Architects and part of a 72-acre modernization development for a technology campus in Redmond, Washington, the overall project encompasses four new workplace buildings. Around these, several iconic pavilion-like mass timber parking portals with integrated landscape and environmental graphics provide additional access points to the campus. These vertical connections bring daylight below ground, and in turn provide a biophilic experience for those arriving by car. The project is on track to meet LEED Platinum, ILFI Zero Carbon, and Salmon Safe certifications.
