Casa Terreno is an image from a commission with the Architect Fernanda Canales in Valle de Bravo Mexico. The solid mass and earthy textures made me think of the surrounding landscape which were dominated by dramatic jagged mountains. This image is of the side entrance and made me think of ancient caves and primal dwellings. I decided to shoot at dusk with simple environmental tungsten lighting as for me this was cave like and had great warmth as classic depiction of caves often do.
