The Neues Landgut neighborhood is one of the last large-scale development areas in the inner city. Here, in a prominent location in Vienna's 10th district, a new municipal housing is being built. The importance of social housing is emphatically underscored by this striking location in the city. The 35-meter-high wing opposite Columbusplatz, which serves as a space-defining element for the neighborhood square, has a certain landmark effect. The trademark feature of this property is the surrounding access corridors in the building's inner courtyard: Reinterpreted for the modern age.
