Located in a historically significant part of Belgrade, the project engages the strong urban identity of its surroundings and the site’s 15m terrain drop. An 8×8m grid shapes two mixed-use residential structures that adapt to solar orientation, prevailing winds, and the urban context. Terraced platforms follow the slope, guiding movement across the site, forming public spaces, and roofs for co-working and parking. Green roofs and semi-public gardens create a “vertical village,” balancing community and individual space while promoting inclusivity, social interactions and sustainable living.
