The Berkeley Marina Ferry Terminal aligns with the Bay Ferry 2050 plan, aiming to reconnect the city and waterfront. Currently underutilized, the site holds potential for urban and ecological integration. The project features a long cantilever structure, optimized through rigorous beam studies and mock-up testing. Emphasizing sustainability, it integrates passive design strategies and ecological restoration. Beyond transit, it fosters public engagement, transforming the marina into a civic landmark that merges innovation, culture, and nature.
