The site in Longqi, Tainan shows four settlement patterns. Residents place potted plants at doorways or street corners, creating a unique landscape. These not only beautify but also expand personal living space. The placements fall into block, linear, enclosed, and mixed types. Using plants to extend living areas into public spaces blurs indoor and outdoor boundaries, bringing nature into daily life and fostering harmony between people and nature.
