This project presents an innovative design for a double-storey commercial space situated in the vibrant city center. Its primary objective is to create a dynamic and multifaceted venue that seamlessly combines leisure, social activities, and art exhibitions. By doing so, this venue aims to attract business professionals and local residents alike, positioning itself as a new cultural hub within the community. Moreover, overall design emphasizes flexibility, allowing for various configurations that cater to both individual and group activities, as well as dedicated spaces for art exhibitions.
