The project introduces design-based conservation for this scarce resource by highlighting the discovery, excavation, and threats faced by freshwater lenses. Firstly, existing freshwater reserves are stored. Tidal energy is harnessed to transport this stored freshwater through permeable corridors to the base of electrocoagulation wells with water purification capabilities in densely populated areas. Concurrently, waste, sewage, and pollutants on the island must undergo real-time treatment. Finally, the plan aims to enhance the island's economic conditions by developing multiple industries.
