ΛSHΞS NØT SΞTTLΞÐ transforms the neglected space beneath the West Coast Expressway into a layered civic-ecological corridor. It reclaims land between Xinfeng Landfill and Hsinchu Incineration Plant, converting a void into parkland with raised pathways, native planting, and wetlands. The design acknowledges the site’s environmental history and change, regenerating infrastructure to reconnect a fragmented landscape. Public amenities and habitat areas restore public and ecological functions and resilience to this overlooked urban void.
